Centurion Exteriors was evaluating whether to build an in-house appreciation and referral function or outsource it. Internal lead costs were rising and the company needed a more durable source of low-cost repeat and referral work.

After pricing the cost of hiring a staff member plus production and mailing fulfillment, Centurion moved the program to gFour at roughly one-third of the in-house cost. gFour ran the appreciation, referral, and review workflows end-to-end, feeding a review engine that the client credits with its local search position.
