The approach
Split the practice into three offer buckets — Invisalign, emergency exam, and new-patient cleaning — and built separate funnels per bucket so bids and creative could diverge. Installed Birdeye-driven review automation that pushed the practice from 3.9 to 4.7 stars. Rewrote the new-patient landing page with a bilingual variant since 40% of the neighborhood speaks Spanish at home.
