Darko Dodig
Founder & CEO
Darko Dodig is the founder and CEO of Wisevu, a healthcare-focused SEO and web development agency he launched in 2008. Per the agency's About and Team pages, Dodig is described as a business consultant and search engine algorithm specialist with more than 15 years of experience, with an educational background in computer science (elsewhere described as computer engineering), search engine algorithm analysis, and business marketing. The public founder story on Wisevu's site is brief; most of the About and Team copy focuses on roles and responsibilities rather than a narrative of how Dodig came to start the firm.
Wisevu operates out of two offices — Mississauga, Ontario and Split, Croatia — and is co-led by Drazen Dodig, listed as COO and later President, who oversees web development, UX/UI, and online reputation. Over time the team has expanded into specialized functions: a dedicated Digital PR and outreach group led by Vanessa B. (BSc Biology & Cosmetic Science) and Ida F., plus a software automation engineer handling integrations across client stacks.
The thesis that appears to guide the firm is that healthcare marketing rewards technical rigor and editorial credibility more than creative volume. Wisevu emphasizes SEO-first website builds that pass Core Web Vitals, medically-literate content written with healthcare journalists and clinicians in mind, and Digital PR as the primary link-acquisition channel — an approach suited to regulated verticals like med spas, cosmetic surgery, and dental where YMYL scrutiny from Google is high. More recently the agency has positioned itself around AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini), framing LLM citations as the next extension of its authority-building playbook.

What they do
Services
Medical Spa SEO
Organic search programs built specifically for med spas competing in dense metros, focused on procedure-level keyword clusters (Botox, microneedling, laser hair removal) paired with neighborhood-level local SEO so each location ranks for its catchment area rather than the brand as a whole.
Digital PR & Link Building
An in-house outreach team pitches medical and lifestyle journalists to earn editorial backlinks, with content editing led by a staffer trained in biology and cosmetic science — a structure aimed at the E-E-A-T standards Google applies to health and beauty content.
SEO-First Web Development
Websites built on WordPress with clean code, Core Web Vitals compliance, and on-page SEO baked into the build rather than retrofitted, so med spa sites launch already optimized for procedure and location queries.
AI SEO (LLM Visibility)
A newer offering focused on getting med spa and healthcare brands cited inside ChatGPT, Gemini, and other generative answer engines, through authority signals, structured content, and mentions across sources the models weight.
Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads)
PPC and social advertising run alongside organic, typically used to support new locations or launches — as seen in their Clinique One Skin engagement, which combined Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SMS/email automation for a Quebec startup entering a regulated market.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Landing page and booking-flow improvements aimed at turning procedure-intent traffic into consultations, often deployed alongside local SEO to lift online bookings across multi-location med spa and cosmetic practices.
