The challenge
What they were up against
Matt and Jeanne Allen had run Edge Tree Care in rural Dylan, Montana for six years with multiple crews and a strong local reputation, but annual revenue had plateaued at roughly $380K. The owners attributed the ceiling not to lack of demand but to marketing that wasn't surfacing the work available in their service area.
The approach
How the agency worked the problem
Tree Traction analyzed carrier routes around Dylan and surrounding communities, scoring each on household income, property size, home age, and tree density to identify neighborhoods most likely to contain higher-ticket jobs. A custom mailer was built around the Allens' own story and photography, and route-level tracking numbers were used to measure which neighborhoods produced calls. Each month's data informed the next round of allocation: underperforming routes were cut, productive ones scaled.
