Jesse Deildale

Founder & CEO

Jesse Deildale is the founder of Thriving Mind Marketing, a therapist-only marketing agency focused on websites, SEO, and Google Ads for private practice clinicians. His path into the work is unusually personal for an agency founder. After burning out in a high-pressure sales job, Deildale entered therapy himself and received an adult ADHD diagnosis, an experience he credits with reframing how he approached work and focus. He had been building websites as a side project, including one that ranked second on Google before he understood SEO as a discipline. When he was laid off during the pandemic with a newborn at home, he committed to the agency full time.

Rather than opening the doors to any small business, Deildale spent time talking to therapists directly about their frustrations: the tech felt overwhelming, generic marketing advice clashed with clinical ethics, and existing websites didn't reflect how clinicians actually talked about their work. That research became the agency's thesis. Thriving Mind Marketing positions itself as a specialist for private practice therapists, with copy written using polyvagal-informed language and fluency in modalities like EMDR, IFS, somatic work, CBT, ACT, and DBT, and with an explicit nod to Google's stricter trust standards for health content.

Deildale runs the agency alongside a small team that includes a managing director, a website design specialist, and a brand designer. The site claims more than 60 therapist websites built to date, and Deildale frames the work in personal terms: therapy changed his life, and the agency exists to help the clinicians who do that work get found.

Editorial

Editor’s take

Thriving Mind Marketing positions itself as a therapist-exclusive agency, with a focus on the legal and regulatory compliance considerations unique to mental health practices and the emotional psychology of therapy-seeking clients. Their anchor service is conversion-optimized website design, with 60+ therapist sites built and a stated sub-60-day time-to-first-inquiry benchmark, supported by ongoing SEO and Google Ads management post-launch. Private practice therapists looking for a marketing partner who speaks their vertical's language will find the agency's practice-focused voice and specialized roster a strong match.

What they do

Services

Website Design

Custom therapist websites built around clinical voice rather than template aesthetics, with copy written in polyvagal-informed, stigma-sensitive language and structured to meet Google's stricter trust criteria for health-and-wellbeing sites.

SEO for Therapists

Ongoing on-page optimization and blog content targeted at local therapy-seeker queries, with an emphasis on ranking for modality-specific terms (EMDR, IFS, somatic, CBT, ACT, DBT) in a clinician's service area.

Google Ads

Geo-targeted paid search campaigns designed to surface a practice to people actively searching for therapy nearby, with a stated focus on ethical ad copy that avoids the high-pressure tactics most clinicians find uncomfortable.

Branding

Logo and visual identity work tailored to private practice therapists, intended to pair with the website build so the brand reflects the clinician rather than a generic wellness look.

Social Media Video

Short-form video produced for therapists who don't want to script or film themselves, aimed at helping prospective clients get a sense of the clinician's presence before booking a consultation.

Post-Launch Support & Training

Ongoing support and client training on the site after launch, so clinicians can make edits without being locked into the agency, with retained SEO and ads engagements available for practices that want faster growth.
